Unused hours do not roll over from one month to the next. We endeavour to keep you updated to your current balance of hours, and will never carry out additional work in excess of these hours without first obtaining written consent.
*bug defined as an error which prevents a previously signed off feature from functioning correctly. It does not include device compatibility issues, UI issues, new features or changes to functionality.
