Our Maintenance packages are paid monthly in advance through our direct debit partner Go Cardless, they can be cancelled at any time by logging in to your Go Cardless account.

Unused hours do not roll over from one month to the next. We endeavour to keep you updated to your current balance of hours, and will never carry out additional work in excess of these hours without first obtaining written consent.

*a critical error is any server side error which renders your whole website or a critical feature inaccessible to the general public. This does not cover pricing errors or errors caused by third party infrastructure, which ROUGEdigital do no control including but not limited to Payment Providers, CDN, storage, api services etc
